• Transcriptionally upregulated by WNT/β-Catenin pathway, and mTORC1.

• Induces Metalloproteinases, Jagged1, Fibronectin.

• Upregaultes N-Cadherin and downregulates E-Cadherin.

• Inhibits TIMP, mTOR and p53, CD24.

• Oncogene in cancers like neuroblastoma.

• Inhibited by Harmine, and I think Emodin.
