Coconut Cream #
- Just coconut meat (from fresh coconuts or otherwise) and water. Once you finish this GregTech intermediate you can craft Vegan ice cream out of it with maple syrup, etc.

- Harmless Harvest $10/L, whether you buy bottles or the big ass box in bulk - at least at whole foods. ($60/192oz or $10/32oz). However the it’s a bit cheaper for the $96/288oz box.
- There’s a problem: it’s a significant source of Phosphorus for some reason, while other brands, presumably from mature coconuts, are negligible and positive Ca:P ratio.
