The aim here is to maximize the antifibrotic effects of saturated fats, which under normal circumstances are quickly metabolized into mitochondria into Acetyl-CoA. The ingredients herein aim to replicate, say, spoonfuls of coconut oil with hardly any caloric intake or digestion.
- This certainly prevents things, but does it heal? (#229, yeah it can attenuate measures of cardiotoxicity and stuff, but is it healing?)

Effect of methyl 2-hexadecynoate on hepatic fatty acid metabolism
- Caused a 25% decrease in body weight and the appearance of (((essential))) fatty acid deficiency symptoms within one weak. Dat PUFA depletion.
- A shift from hgher molecular weight trigylcerides to lower. Long-chain 2-ynoic acids inhibit elongation of saturated and monoene fatty acids. I believe this means it rapidly depletes PUFA.

Depression of phagocytic activity and immune response by methyl palmitate
- Depressed the Rough Endoplasmic Reticulum via interfering with tte phagocytic activity of Kupffer Cells.
- Aortic/cerebral? Vasodilation - far more potently than nitric oxide.
- Inhibits Fatty Acid Synthase
- Lowers TGFβ.
- Potent vasodilator!

Can cause loose stools; probably increases Stomach Acid, leading to the gut/endotoxin benefits and increasing bowel transit. Caused somebody intestinal discomfort at first, but then it got great.

Can make you smell weird, but P5P or magnesium is apparently great for that.

Supplementation #
- Powerful for some people at even 1 drop.
- 20 seems to be fine with me? People do 5 drops 3x/day and so on.
- 5 drops, 3x day. Huge change in energy, mood, etc. I’ve literally never tried any change that improved my life as much as this tiny little thing right here. I believe that taking a small amount with every meal is the key. Its not so much a half life issue rather than nourishing the mucosa with each meal so that it gets stronger and stronger (instead of taking a step back when you have a meal w/o).
