And it increased activity of catalase, NADH dehydrogenase, and restored Cytochrome oxidase and ATP synthase which increase ATP (although, given the other study it looks like the ATP enhancement by shilajit may be mild), and mitochondrial respiration which is good. And reduced lipid peroxidation which is good
