• Cofactor for: Pyruvate Dehydrogenase, α-ketoglutarate dehydrogenase, branched chain keto acid dehydrogenase, the alpa-oxo(keto)adipate dehydrogenase, and the glycine cleavage system.

• It is a Mercury chelator which might make it kinda weird. You should take it every 3 hours or so (its half life) to be an effective one, or else the idea is that it will move mercury around, especially into naughty areas like the brain, bringing it out of the bone.
