Congener with Fluvoxamine. SSRI and that’s about it; no significant binding affinity elsewhere. I’ve heard 5-HT2C antagonism, though.

• Fluoxetine and norfluoxetine stereospecifically and selectively increase brain neurosteroid content at doses that are inactive on 5-HT reuptake
  • Title… although they potentiate pentobarbital-induced sedation and exert antiaggressive action. 50x less than pharmeceutical dose, which would ber ~54-270 μg.
