Supplementation #
- RDI = 30 μg, but it can be supplemented by the milligram for hair and such things.
- 1 cooked egg = 10 μg. 3oz beef = 4 μg. So not as easy a I thought! Youngsinatra takes 2.5-5mg a day or something. Most people for hair growth only take like sub-100μg. Purebulk has 1% powder (the rest being mannitol), thus basically 10mg = 100 μg.
