Tl;dr:

  • B vitamins don’t seem to inhibit the absorption of anything else (besides B6 on B1) and should be taken with magnesium (in the morning, as per my current regimen)

  • Apparently brushing skin (like with a toothbrush; stiff bristles) before topical application can greatly increase penetration rate.

  • B1=B5=0.3x B2=2x B3. 150-300:1 B5:B7 ratio is worth considering

Stack #

Supplement Sold as $/Month
Bromantane 9mg 180 sprays $34 $5.6/mo

TAK 2mg 60mg $34 $17/mo.
Creatine 1kg $40 $5.7/mo
TMG 500g $20 $0.5/mo
Simply D 1330x5kIU$27 $0.6/mo
Kuinone 2mg 750x2mg $50 $2/mo
Retinil 850kIU/340drop $25 $2.2/mo
Pea Protein Terrasoul 1088g/p $34 $34-68/mo
Calcium Carbonate 500g $12 $0.7/mo
B12 <$1/mo
Biotin Purebulk <$1/mo
Kelp Nat. Way 180x600mg $13 $2/mo
Selenium (NOW 250x100μg $10) $1.2/mo
TOTAL 120/mo (1.5k/year)
bruh Phosphatidylcholine ~1tsp 450mg 48tsp $110 $68/mo

Note that terrasoul is more like 27-54 due to the 20% off code that’s active all the time. The $68 is for 2 bags a month, which would be 72g protein a day, which I suppose is on the higher end for myself. Low protein for longevity and allat.

  • Applying estroban (A, D, E, K) (or any of its individual constituent parts?) chronically to the gonads could change the fatty acid composition of them? Applying to the legs/pelvis would be probably just as good without any of these risks. RPF

    • Applying D/K to the cock though, might be just fine. RPF
  • Haidut says DMSO (Magnoil, et al.) and SFA ester (Calirol, Kuinone) do not mix well, but it shouldn’t really hurt with absorption.

  • Melanon: 3mg Apigenin, 3mg Naringenin (there better be a ton; this is no a lot)

  • Diamant - Adamantane derivative

  • Cardenosine: 15x40 drops, $50

  • Lapodin: β-Lapachone, Emodin

    • These are Quinones.
    • Seems to be good for weight loss.
    • Makes you Bart Simpson. Take in the gums since it’s SFA ester
    • Emodin
  • Mitolipin: 30x40 drops

    • (Not really a choline supplement, btw). Improves respiration and recovery by making cardiolipin more saturated.
    • I don’t think these are some kind of designer molecules or anything: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dipalmitoylphosphatidylcholine
    • Dipalmitoylphosphatidylcholine (DPPC) - 100mg
    • Distearoylphosphatidylcholine (DSPC) - 100mg
    • Apparently it’s good for bowel movements or something.
  • Oxidal: Methylene blue, caffeine, benzoic acid

  • Quinine

  • Panquinone: Triquinoyl hydrate 3mcg, naphtoquinones 1mc

  • Lanosterol 1mg
