Probably good preworkout.
- 
Can reduce fatigue when exercising in heat 
- 
Sodium bicarbonate ingestion improves repeated high-intensity cycling performance in the heat 
- 
Alkalizes the urine and the saliva (stomach acid though?) 
- 
Long-term consumption of baking soda can interfere with the body’s ability to absorb calcium 
- 
Mixing with ACV creates sodium acetate. 
- 
Protects the intestine and reduces inflammation in the whole body. 
- 
Mixing baking soda with ACV makes sodium acetate 
- 
Taking it with protein/food will neutralize stomach acid - in a very deleterious way. I think baking soda in all cirucmstances seems to lower your pH. It MAY actually trigger a rebound, in that it makes you produce more stomach acid than before ingesting it.

Long-term consumption of baking soda can interfere with the body’s ability to absorb Calcium. 
- 
By acting as a buffer for Lactate, it yields H2O + CO2. Faster ventilation is possibly more like expelling CO2, moreso than increasing O2.
