- Vitamin C flush: Drink 1g of C with water/juice every hour. Or maybe 15-25g at once. Once you get enema-like stool, you’re all good. Wtf?
- High levels inhibit absorption of copper, probably by increasing iron absorption
- Upregulates Tyrosine
- Cofactor for Noradrenaline.
- Blunts release of Adrenocortocotropic Hormone
- Increases absoprtion of non-Heme Iron.
- High dose supplementation at once, between giving diarrehea, can generate ROS.
