Just hit the Hair Loss scene for regrowing hair transplant donor sites (where scar tissue is always leftover) hair and all, or maybe even reversing the fibrosis of the shiny bald heads. As it stands right now though, I don’t think it reverses scar formation, but it would prevent it during any future hair transplants.
- FDA approved way back for macular degeneration: accumulates in these abnormal blood vessels and, when stimulated by nonthermal red light with a wavelength of 689 nm in the presence of oxygen, produces highly reactive short-lived singlet oxygen and other reactive oxygen radicals, resulting in local damage to the endothelium and blockage of the vessels.

Haircafe: Verteporfin update. How close are we now to unlimited hair transplants?
- Human wound healing developed to prioritize speed over a regaining of functionality; so fibrosis/scar tissue is much faster than skin. YAP, TAZ, and Engrailed-1 leads to scarring healing trajectory, while the alternative pathway mediated by Trps1 leads to proper regeneration of skin and hair follicles.
- YAP pathway inhibitor.
- RhoA/ROCK→Tension between cell and ECM→YAP/TAZ→En1→Fibrotic response
Preventing Engrailed-1 activation in fibroblasts yields wound regeneration without scarring

- Targeted inhibition of YAP/TAZ alters the biological behaviours of keloid fibroblasts YAP/TAZ is expressed in keloids. Inhibition led to apoptosis, killing off the cells.
