• Permanently(?) inhibits CCR5. Downstream inhibition of GSK-3β reactivates myelinating cells in the brain, improving LTP/cognition. This also enhances opioid analgesia and reduces anxiety.
• I think it’s also a CCR2 and CCR8 antagonist.
