Pulse #

  • A low pulse rate being correlated with fitness can be due to excess Acetylcholine activity, since mAChR2 receptors found in the heart are inhibitory.
  • 98.6°F and 85BPM pulse is ideal.
    • Hypothyroid people often have very high adrenaline, cortisol, and other stress hormones during the night, causing the temperature to be higher before breakfast than after.
    • “Oral or armpit temperature, in the morning before getting out of bed, should be around 98°F, and it should rise to 98.6°F by mid-morning.”
  • Danny Roddy says oral can be even a degree or 2 higher than armpit.
