Pemoline
#
- Schedule IV and is an ex-ADHD med for potentially being hepatotoxic.
- Possible AADC inhibitor. That’s sirs’ working theory. R: Pemoline administration improved behavior but did not significantly change urinary catecholamine excretion. Serotonin excretion was unchanged, but phenylethylamine (PEA) and 5- hydroxyindoleacetic acid (5-HIAA) were significantly decreased.

- Makes your pee smell very bad, and there apparently have been reports of it on RC forums of urine being a weird color, and jaundice, indicating liver toxicity.

Fenozolone
#
- Basically shorter-acting and shorter comeup.
- Ballyhoo’s anecdote is that fenozolone makes you feel happy/compassionate and pemoline is dissociative tunnel vision which is still his favorite.
- More adrenal. (Pemoline doesn’t really have sympathomimetic side effects)
- Dose: 30-40mg. I’ve heard it’s 2-4x potency of pemoline though.
Cyclazodone
#
- TAAR1 agonist
- Dose: 10-30mg. Half-life: 5-7 hr; 20-45 min onset.
- Limited history of human usage, though it was developed in the 60s.
- The mechanism of cyclazodone is not confirmed to be like that of pemoline which is still unknown, and due to the structural affinity towards DAT in both but only ruled out as primary MOA with pemoline (which, like, it is really surprising it’s not a DRA), makes it more likely that cyclazodone is just another adderall-like drug. Anecdotal reports would substantiate this, as most would describe pemoline as being purely functional and completely non-addictive (also backed up with literature), whereas cyclazodone is seen as super euphoric and addictive.
- Still might be a better move than Amphetamine or methylphenidate.
- Labratdream says it’s a level above ritalin/amphetamine and that the only thing that tops it is meth, which still lacks the distinct cognitive effects.

- Anecdotes:
- ~2-5x potency, along with the ‘fiendishness’ and anorexigenesis. At the same time, offered a much more favorable therapeutic index and margin of safety than Pemoline and other N-lower-alkyl-substituted pemoline derivatives.
- Pure, unfiltered energy; no focus/motivation/euphoria. Functional.
- Some people say it’s mental/heady, some people say it’s super physical.
- it doesn’t feel like there is any serotonin release. Definitely dopaminergic. Maybe some norepinephrine, but I would guess not as much as amphetamine. A quote-unquote “cold stim” but not quite as cold as 2-fma… if I had to compare this to other releasers, I’d say it feels like a shorter 2-fma. It’s about as strong as 3-fpm, or maybe even a little stronger, but because it’s not as euphoric, it probably won’t be as popular if more vendors start to carry it. Gentler fenozolone.
Dose #
- 7-12 hour half life; hepatic detox. Peak is 2-4 hours.
- Dose: 15-40mg. (Ergo, $90/g means $3.6/day for 40mg. Or $90 for a little under a month’s supply). 37.5 is what they prescribed to children
- Sirs has always done 25-30mg. Other people more like 35-40. Basically no withdrawal/addiction and maybe no tolerance.
- Judas: It meets the most crucial criteria of a stimulant in my book which is actually psychoactively invoking the mindset necessary to initiate tasks as soon as you think of them. It gives you that “ well since I plan on doing it I might as well do it now “ mindset. I find that as stimulating as 4f-mph is it doesn’t really push you hard enough to initiate tasks. Since Methylphenidate is debatably the strongest version of methylphenidate I’m going to be comparing it to that. In some ways pemoline feels less potent but when it comes to the most important shit necessary for a high tier functional stimulant it outperforms.
