- I dont think the sensitization lasts nearly as long as the rat studies, and the side effects people report are greatly exaggerated. I believe its still safe at least if done no longer than a week straight. I cycle off with GDNF enhancers and PGC-1A activators. Currently trying Methamphetamine instead, lmao. Apparently it’s smoother without the midday comedown. Can do a months work in 3 days on meth.
- He might have been trolling in other contexts calling Methamphetamine neuroprotective in low doses. But I swear I heard stancl saying the same thing: The neuroprotective potential of low-dose methamphetamine in preclinical models of stroke and traumatic brain injury HED = 0.08 mg/kg = ~5.5mg.
- Permanent sensitization of dopamine receptors.

- Long-Term Treatment with Low Doses of Methamphetamine Promotes Neuronal Differentiation and Strengthens Long-Term Potentiation of Glutamatergic Synapses onto Dentate Granule Neurons
- Far more dopaminergic than regular Amphetamine, which itself is far more dopaminergic than Methylphenidate.
- GABA tone regulation and its cognitive functions in the brain

- Pretty sure it’s cardiotoxic, but something interesting to note is that 4-FMA has a ~1:1 DAT/SERT inhibition ratio. People find it adrenergic though
