- I’ve heard you should wait 10 minutes after crushing the garlic for the allicin to ‘activate’.
- Allicin is an organosulfur from garlic. Also contains Kaempferol. Garlic has around 1mg per 1g of garlic, thus a clove will have 4~18mg. Or 1 tablet of this stuff from Zhou Nutrition for 5mg per tablet, or the same from Now. Both have enteric coating to prevent breaking down in the stomach and gidinog you gas.
