• steroid alkaloid. Herbs like Kutaja (nasty and needs heaps) have it.
  • Might be hepatotoxic. Increases urea and creatinine, lower increases in ALP and bilirubin.
  • H3: Ki 8.2-8.5; α2 Adrenergic Receptor-C: 6.2-8; 5-HT1 5.7 in rats. No idea if this means inhibition honestly. R. Also ‘potent’ affinity for α2C.
  • Antibacterial/antiparasitic.
  • Reduces, FOXO3, NF-κB, p53.
