Catalase #

• An Enzyme found in the Peroxisome which catalyzes the decomposition of Hydrogen Peroxide. Requires Iron/Heme to complete the reaction. ~25% of consumed Ethanol is converted into Acetaldehyde (Ethanal) through this.
