  • Distilled water is of course the purest. Then you can add a trace mineral mix; not as part of th diet but to change it from some extracting solvent to something one consumes, at least in theory. Reverse Osmosis ideally leaves the elemental minerals but removes anything heavy, and of course all the pharmeceuticals etc.

    • Make it alkaline and conductive. Stuff like OJIO ionic magnesium minerals. Lithium might be something worth adding back.
    • Perhaps all that is needed is total dissolved solids, and so some salt is good enough? 1ppm = 1 mg/L, and you want 100mg/L.
    • Drinking distilled water requires your body to immediately increase its osmolarity in order for it to be useful in your body. So it must take the minerals from somewhere, namely elsewhere in your body.. just add 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda and epsom salts per gallon.
  • Hydrogen Water (RPF)
    • The machines (not too expensive; on lifegivingstore) are better than the tablets that generate hydrogen
    • Apparently it’s pretty underrated
  • Blur said that removing chlorine makes it a breeding ground for bacteria in 2 weeks or so. Thus, get a filter with UVC light.
  • 72.2% fluoride is removed by reverse osmosis; 55.6% from distillation R.

    • Zero Water
      • Supposed to get it to a good 0ppm

    • Water moves in spirals. Sorairo Days starts playing
